I thought for sure this print would go for $100-$150 as some folks had speculated. There's no way I could have gotten one at that price. I'm so glad it went for only about half that price. So glad. A couple of people who went to the event said the print is fantastic.
Uhm-m-m..yeah. That's it for me, as far as buying prints go, for awhile. I'll still hang-out to see some of the other prints that will be getting released soon. (i.e. Mondo).aky90be wrote: must.... not......... spend ............anymore
Looking close at the jpg I get the feeling of a dead room. I guess that is why there are dead tree branches scattered throughout the room..
Can't wait to see this up close for more detail

i really like this one - bad timing with christmas; have to trade for it down the line
The print is absolutely stunning in person. I have no idea who did the printing, but it is exceptional. This is still my favorite print out of all the prints that I have. Which is unlike me, I don't usually go for these dark/moody prints. I took mine in to the framer to get a quote and several other customers there, who saw it, stopped to say how remarkable it is.
I only requested a quote/price to frame it at the time. I didn't go back to get it framed...I was less than pleased with the framing on the one I *did* leave. I've only seen one framed, so far. Maybe since this thread has been revived, someone can post theirs. Sure hope to get mine in a frame soon.
Nice frame job, this is one of my favorite danger's too, the printing is really epic, so many layers of different color blacks. I love the feeling of the room and the storm outside. I think it will look good next to any of the other b&w pieces like wyeth or all around the ground too.
