1. It was "the scene"
2. You are a bastard-face :P
3. I always grouped O.A.R. in with DMB crowd... OAR is what DMB fans would listen to when they wanted to feel like they were listening to something that was new/cutting edge to earn cool points (at least seven years ago). If you really wanted to impress your date, you popped in OAR and said, "Listen to these guys, I'm kind of over the Davc Matthews thing... I'm more of OAR man now!."

I went to one of their shows once as a girl I was dating wanted to go (2002ish?). Not bad, but i will say this... I have NEVER had so many underage kids ask me to get them beer than at that show. I got to hear the Poker song.

I saw both O.A.R. and DMB this past summer.

I had a blast at the O.A.R. show, a great time, even though the crowd was younger. As for the DMB show, I'd rather get sick and be confined to my house than see them again. I'd rather listen to DMB on my ipod.
