Kudos to Dan for taking chances and not rehashing old prints, but I have really not been into the last three releases.

too many prints to screen one's self, package, and ship. i'm pretty sure this wasn't Dan's intention but it is a result of appeasing demand. you're damned if you do and you're damned if u don't. i see changes coming one way or another (outsourcing, staffing, downsizing print runs etc) in order to give Dan more time to work on designs, originals, and other things.

All in all, this is Dan's best print in 3 months. I still don't know how he gets all this work done each month. I would be going insane.

:iagree:
I haven't been feeling much for Dan's working in quite awhile

I like this one. I believe that Dan has constructed a kind of early colonial New England scene, with houses of a very early style, set closer together than a town of that era would have been--but with some modern building in the middle. Reminds me in its concept very much of While You Were Sleeping...which had a complex semi-realistic old city, with one very different object somewhat off-center, but close to the middle of the image

In looking at this again, I also notice that there appears to be a cluster of eight people in the road at the bottom of the print, but I can't make out any details

I really like this one...the colors remind me of "While You Were Sleeping" (which I still don't have  ). Definite buy for me.

I've been loving Dan's prints lately.

My reading of this print:

Salad Days = the days when we still had just a little bit of room left to grow. Those were the days...

Is that a skate ramp close to the center/right of the print?...
