Used to see The Hips every time they stopped in Santa Barbara in the 90’s.
Those ‘92-‘94 shows in that tiny back room across the street from the train station were legendary… before they moved to The Beach Shack / Absinthe / UCSB opening for Panic.
One of my favorite bands for that decade, should be a damn household name.
Wish they had some legit art.
