Dear Adele,

What you are doing wrong is this:

What you are supposed to be doing is opening the drop page and

In other words, open the "new release page" and keep pressing F5 on your keyboard, which refreshes that very page, until you see the "sold out" sign; if you see the "buy" button instead, click that and purchase.

Combine this with Fredo's advise a few posts below and you are golden.

P.S. One would think that this thread has a potential.

If it's not refreshing fast enough, the power outlet that your router is connected to is more than likely the culprit. Occasionally the internal configuration of the outlet gets misaligned causing the refresh speed to reduce dramatically. The most effective way to fix the problem is using a slightly dampened (just run it briefly under lukewarm tap water) salad fork placed violently in the offending outlet (you've really got to jam it in there), and pushing hard to the right. Very important to push to the right as pushing to the left can have catesrophic results. Repeat as necessary until it starts to work.

Going to try this. I have to go to the store and buy a salad fork first. Will post results later

Pro tip: Using the peen is way more effective than the fork.

Mine didn't fit, and now the dog won't stop staring at me. Am I doing it wrong?

If I don't have a fork, will a minus sign screwdriver work?
