Oof. Looks like someone just put a filter on at the end. Doesn't really convey the movie that well either.

And yet, somehow, this will win art of the week.

I put 100% into this on my weekends and when i got home from work.
I am in no way a full time Illustrator, but i am trying hard to improve my skills as an artist.

Your feedback and criticism Is a hard pill to swallow, but it is appreciated.
I will try my best to take what i can from it and become better.

Well said, Chris. I actually like the composition. This was one of my favorite films for a long time and it's nice to see it get some love.

Hey man- you've got more balls than most of us here- it's commendable that you are putting yourself out there.

This is a tough crowd, I think everyone here is also a bit worn out on all the commissions (good and bad), so we're exceptionally rough on those.

Keep working at it. I used to draw quite a bit- I had a minor in graphic design and started with intro courses and after a couple years I was in advanced figure drawing and doing some pretty complex stuff. I have long since forgotten most of those skills and am probably exceptionally rusty, but with that said, it is certainly something that takes dedication, passion and practice.

Good luck on your journey. :pint:
