Are those swapped? I thought the variant was the darker and the regular was the lighter/bluer?

Nope, reg is usually black & white, blue the variant.

Nice! Even easier drop. Black goes better with all my other Reg Delorts.

Was thinking that too but would love to see a Delort variant and have to admit, this one comes off better price-wise (compared to Nosferatu and Aguirre) and contrast-wise (compared to the Charlie Browns).

I know most people are stressed about the Horkey, but gotta admit, stressed about nabbing this, and only because the Horkey happening at the same time makes me think this'll be a shitshow. :-P

Ditto. I'm considering trying for a Horkey too but I might solely focus on the Delort variant instead so as to not miss my chance once the site gets bogged down.

Congrats to those who scored! Will be very curious to see how this looks if it's indeed 24x36...

Got the variant. I usually like just the b&w versions from Delort, but the blue in this one gives it a little more depth imo.
