Usually I plan for a Josh Keyes release for a week or so... you know getting my lucky socks out of the safe, having a priest bless my keyboard etc. But this one was like:

I haven't gotten a notification email from either Tiny Showcase or Josh yet. I think once (if) those emails go out to their respective lists we'll see a big jump.
