True, it'll be for the Nijmegen concert, which is the only show I can make it to. The glare on the window is frustrating. It looks like the cave man has a woman at his side, or a child. There is a lot going on in the image that can't be seen yet. This is a cool looking poster. I think Ames has done an excellent job so far with thier portion of the Euro posters.
what bothers me about this print is the blobs of color. I think the fact the mammoth, the caveman and the bird are all the same color looks horrible. I understand that adding another color to a silk screen adds cost and labor to the production, but it would also add hugely to the overall appearance.
Also not a big fan of the lettering, but at least it's hand lettered.
