Where did you see the release info, junkie?
All I've found was that it was going to be available at an ehibit - in person purchases only.

It has been going around but here is some more info.
Nick Walker is releasing The Morning After – New York on February 26th. This can be picked up at Opera Gallery in New York, or if you are from the UK, you can use the email address below to enter your name into the online lottery. This release is an edition of 150 with 18 hand-finished Artists proofs.

The Morning After – New York
Nick Walker, the British artist, will releasing a print in collaboration with Opera Gallery, 115 Spring Street, New York, on Saturday, February 26th, 2011 at 3pm EST.

“The Morning After New York” print pays homage to Walker’s mural that has graced the Cooper Square community and has won the hearts of New Yorkers and visitors alike.

The mural sits on the north side of 35 Cooper Square, a building notable for its history and relationship with both the literary and visual arts.

Much to the chagrin of neighborhood locals, this “should-have-been” landmark building and its mural are about to face the developers wrecking ball.

The release will give people the opportunity to own a small bit of New York history.

The print will be a signed limited edition of 150 with 18 hand-finished Artists proofs.

A lottery has been set up making 50 prints available for collectors in the UK. In order to apply for a print please email info@theartofnickwalker.com with New York TMA lottery in the subject box.

Thanks, Corey. That's what I saw, and I emailed to find out if you can snag one of these in the US in any other way than to be at the Opera Gallery in NYC on 2/26. Sadly, you must be there to get one. They'll probably sell out, but if they don't I hope those of us who can't get to NY will be given an opportunity to get one.

I'm with you Rick, would be great to get one but, chances are low.

I'm hoping this one is cheaper than the last one (TMA Moscow), which was about $1000 after currency conversion. Just rumors, but Ive heard it will be 650-750 USD.

I called Opera Gallery and e-mailed Nick's website about the price of the print. I don't understand why this is such a difficult answer for them to answer. Does anyone have a confirmed answer? :hanging:
