damn the hearts.

do you want cheese with your crackers?

HEARTS? :pint:
I can relate. For the most part, I have avoided his dinosaur and skeleton prints...they are just not my thing. I'm on the fence with this one. The glow in the dark revealing a more complex image intrigues me.With everyone so crazy over this one, I may sucumb to the peer presure.

not IMO, but I also haven't seen it yet in person. This could REALLY light up the room.

LQL rules.

Just picked one up...first McCarthy. It's looks killer. Does anyone know the edition size? I know someone already asked...but I didn't see an answer.

Last ones have been print runs of 194. I suspect 194 + 6 P/P for a grand total of 200.

You could really do something fun with matting on this print.

I'm thinking a frame that can only be seen during the day and disappears when the lights go out...

obviously...
Just saying he uses hearts in his some of his other prints, and I don't like all of them, but some aren't bad. His themes seem to revolve around love, life and death, and nature.

Oh yeah, and dinosaurs. Just can't seem to get into the dinosaurs.

He is equating our fate to the dinosaurs. And he's right ...

Mankind looks back at dinosaurs through a mirror. The dinosaurs ruled the earth and suddenly they were gone. It goes beyond the mortality of a man as it speaks to the mortality of civilization.

jk, i don't have a clue

I've had a win...
Not only have I ordered it, the girlfriend loves it so it should be no problem getting it onto a wall somewhere decent.
Nice
