I just got this print, and man am I happy with it. I like the simplicity of it and the soft fade in the background with the cool sky. Now to decide how to frame it. Hmmm, I'm think black wood frame, but what color outer mat: white or black?

I think this question is always hard to answer because both can look so good. Personally, if the color of the paper is white and shows on the border, I like the white outer mat to be separated with an inner accentuating colored mat (say light blue in this case). I don't like the lack of separation white mat on white paper does sometimes.. though I've seen it work beautifully too. I think a black mat would work well on its own.

Yeah I was gonna double mat it either way. I dig the pic in the gallery of the black inner and white outer. I think I might do the same.
On an unrelated note, when I saw this tree I recalled the malleus gig poster/art print where the girls shadow becomes a tree. I think these 2 would look nice next to each other
