So did he paint that in a day, or did he just not change his t-shirt??

After sketches he does, he does most of the painting in one day as you can see. But the painting was far from finished and he adds detail afterwords to add depth and warmth to the painting as you can see with the final piece.barrettrhoades wrote:So did he paint that in a day, or did he just not change his t-shirt??

Poster just came. Beautiful as expected. Also with the boarder, the poster is a lot bigger than expected, and wont' fit in my portfolio. Gotta take this to the framers asap.
Mark Ryden should sue Lady Gaga for blatantly ripping off his idea:

I dont care who the artist is. No way.
Have you ever printed a litho? I know these aren't hand printed using stones, but if they were, and I had to print them, I wouldn't be asking for any less than that. Haha
I'm not a huge Ryden fan, by my girlfriend is.. She has this litho along with a few other prints of his- they are all great quality, nice size, etc. etc. I guess I'd much rather pay $500 for a lithography than $200 for a giclee, but that's just because I'm a print nerd and I don't really see giclees as legit prints.
