When show #2 at G1988 SF happens, this will be there for sure. Hit me up if you need some local help Mitch! :)

I was going to post the Bruins going into the stands with my longer earlier post, but, decided to limit it to one Bruins moment, but, that was great.

How about some good coaching rants ....

Jim Schoenfeld (former coach of the NJ Devils) yelling at ref Don Koharski after the game in the tunnel, to "Go have another donut!!! You fat pig!" Brilliant .... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XXpcb5aTnPk

Dennis Green - The Bears are who we thought they were, crown their ass! ... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m_N1OjGh ... re=related

Herm Edwards - You paly to win the game! HELLO! ... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IMk5sMHj58I

The magnificence that is Jim Mora ...

I think something Major Leage/Cleveland Indians related would be pretty cool. Willy Mays Hayes or Rick Vaughn?

It was before my time, but the sink challenged a whole bench one time, you probably know what I'm talking bout. And the jonathan fight against piere bouchard is the greatest I've ever seen, besides some of pj stock's :)

Those were the days...hockey was hockey.
It was the Minnesota North Stars and not one of them moved an inch off the bench. Wensink got hit a lot but he epitomized old school hockey - those guys genuinely did not like each other and these were real fights - check out the hair pulling and choke holds that use to go down. Nowadays, they kind of go through the motions and hope the ref breaks it up. Here's some of his best stuff including an elbow to start the video that should go into the KO hall of fame:

If you haven't seen this - Stan Jonathen was about 5"5" on skates fighting Pierre Bouchard. Watch closely when they hit the ground and you can see the blood spurting from his forehead.

And don't forget the Kermit Washington punch on Rudy Tomjonovich

All right Hamilton!

sadly, most hockey teams don't have an enforcer on their rosters anymore.

The Flyer's Dave Brown was a mother drymounter.

Yes he was - a drymounting pussy that is :P . Watch him jump Jay Miller in this video. Miller already tooled Craig Berube early in the game, right after that Brown and him went for the first time. The later in the game Brown pulls this punk move. Miller was a bad man being able to punch with both hands - introduced a new type of fighter in the NHL.

I love when art discussions turn violent!

i suggested the bulls repeat threepeat a few pages back...'the shot' against cleveland was huge, but i prefer this one...this is when his career ended in my book. the shot of pippen holding him up after that shot in utah is pretty inspiring. dude could barely stand on his own and he stole the ball from malone and drove the length of the court and drained the game winner. just seeing the pics again gives me goosebumps.

The Dr. J flying dunk is a good choice.

A personal favorite I'd like to see:

I'm surprised it took so long for Michael Jordan to be mentioned. Also, what about the 1980 Men's Olympic Hockey team and the Miracle on Ice?:

How about anything that has to do with Canadian sports moments? I'll take anything at this point, even indirectly, like this one:
