William Stout is the original concept artist for Return of the Living Dead, where this character comes from. He also painted the movie poster for Ralph Bakshi's Wizards, among others.

Screenprinted posters are not this guy's specialty, so this is something of a rarity for this artist...
It looks like he also did the artwork for Life of Brian.
