I'd guess it's some kind of automated bidding tool the seller is using. It hits the auction at $2 and checks to see if it is the winning bidder; if so, it stops. All of the bids are in 5-6 second intervals which is pretty fishy

I placed a bid of 120. The auction was at like 40. So in two dollar increments they kept bidding it up. I reported this to eBay twice with no action taken. Where did u see that activity thing with that user? I'll do it a third time tmrw.

The only way I can think of is not to sign into ebay. Find a recent item you've bid on and click on your name in the bid history.

Edit: You might be able to see your own history when signed in I just thought it was a tool for others to gauge shill bidding.

i just PMed the seller and told him i was going to make a nice late bid, however, his shady tactics won't go unnoticed.

Doesn't get much more obvious than that.
