You'd be surprised how many people won't buy something if it's not silkscreened. Also, I'm not sure how many people know it's actually for sale.
I'm one of those...I bought it before I realized it was a litho. We'll see how I like it once I receive it...

This is only the first or second offset I've bought, so I guess I'm a silkscreen snob too. But I'd been wanting to give more to Haiti relief anyway, so this seemed like a win/win. Great band, great design, great cause. So who cares if it's an offset?

I will wait to see what the deal is before I get upset...

I purchased it as a limited edition of 100.

When I purchased the EMEK Poster yesterday, I knew it was for an OPEN edition.

When I purchase a Keyes Print tonight, I will know it is for an OPEN edition.

That is the only problem I have.
Well from everything I've read it seems that every edition is a litho, including the show edition. The artist edition (100 s/n) sold out, so now he's selling a 3rd edition which is open and signed. I guess I would be disappointed if I purchased the LE litho that oversold and was shipped a signed open edition.

Does anyone know if the Show edition is the same size as the 2nd and 3rd editions?

Edit: Just noticed that the 2nd edition (3rd?) is signed and has a run of 250.

The red doesn't look too shabby. He did a good job trying to please those making some noise about the entire situation.

just got another email from Kii answering a couple more questions i had. I'm sure this info is already known but this is straight from the artist about the editions:

600 at show... not signed.
edition 1 in yellow is 100 posters
edition 2 in red is 250 posters.
