What is the reason for your many travels and multiple home bases ? If I may ask.

Have I missed the threads for the 2o10 voting? I do not want to miss out this year and I'm in Vietnam/Cambodia/Laos this month arriving in Texas at the beginning of February. Will be my first time living in the States since '05. (course I'll only be there for a couple of months...)

anyway, back to the main point: when/where can I vote.. I'm voting for Eeuls' Icarus this year.
