there is sometimes a second round of emails that go out. the people that were initially chosen in the lottery, may not want to purchase the print, thus giving a chance to the next person in line.

The children are proceeding to play what's considered a "ball game" with with an object which is not a ball and states that no ball games shall be played. Ironic? Yes. Simple? Yes.
