how can they justify that? are they charging you a percentage of the "value". what happens if a banksy gets caught????

dude, don't be like that. not everyone complains about import taxes and not every country has harsh limits. send stuff to australia... if it's under $1,000 declare true value and no import fees to be paid. what's the problem?

but still, no one should complain about a seller acting the correct legal way, especially if they haven't specifically requested something different, like Rupert said.
