I have a friend who wants to sell me this print for a $1000 dollars,it's 3/100. is this a reasonable price?

only if it's a friend that isn't accustomed to doing you favors. you can probably get it on ebay for cheaper from somebody that has no connection to you whatsoever.

Thanks everyone. He is a good friend, I think he just got taken to the cleaner when he bought it for $950 some time ago.
If you buy that print from him for that price you might as well start calling him your enemy.

The price guide was established to inform both buyers & sellers so that someone didn't get taken (either party).
obviously, we don't have a record of every single transaction, but for the most part we try and give a snapshot of what a given artifact "is worth" on the secondary market.
