i guess its down just due to no sigs and the fact that the artist editions are still to be seen as far as editions gohainshead wrote:Are people surprised that the resale value of this on the secondary is at the price that it is? When I saw this poster I figured it would command a much higher price tag considering the art itself as well as the artists responsible for it. Maybe this is why I am not a flipper and why I don't go to Vegas.

Has it been officially confirmed that there will in fact be artist editions for these? Mitch did say that they would be available online at some point, but he may have meant the leftover show editions.

why surprised? It's a huge run, horkeys don't flip. honestly most emeks don't flip for that much recently. Half the run has yet to go on sale. The part of the run that is available isn't signed. Market further diluted by a zillion "mini posters". I thought these would level out around $100 and they still seem to be headed about there.

I completely agree with everything you just said. I'm holding out for an artist but it looks like it'll be easy to get one no matter what happens with the future releases.greenhorn1 wrote:why surprised? Not certain if 350 is a huge run.
But I do think eventually, after the artists have sold off their edition, the prices will go back up.

Yeah sorry I was referencing the run of 700 which I THOUGHT had been confirmed but maybe not?sasquatch wrote:

And I agree that prices will slowly start to climb again a month or 2 after artist ed. goes on sale. The market will be flooded at first and prices will drop a bit and then start to climb as they find their way into the hands of people who really want them and fewer and fewer hit the market.
I just hope if I miss the artist sale I can pick one up for around $100.

No word, just from Mitch that there is only one. My first thought on seeing there was a mini version was that the mini one was the variant.sschmotz wrote:Has any word come out on what the variant looks like? I don't remember seeing anything if it did?

This is edition is 350. Not sure where 700 comes from.
350 unsigned and released by the band at the shows
350 signed and released by the artists (175 each)
Total = 700

Hey Mitch any word on where Aarons half will be sold or any timeline? I'm going on vacation soon and will be away from the web the whole time!
You should cancel your vacation. This is too important.Mapman wrote:Hey Mitch any word on where Aarons half will be sold or any timeline? I'm going on vacation soon and will be away from the web the whole time!
