WEAK. So this was like a parking lot poster, and the new way to not get in trouble is to not use the band name? Jeez.fluffhead wrote:It doesn't, fan art for Phish rarely does due to copyright issuesmistersmith wrote:Where does it say "Phish"?

I don't know the details of what it is to be a Phish fan, so, when I saw the jpeg for this gigposter yeah it kinda struck me as odd that it didn't have a band name on it. Doesn't matter if it's official, bootleg, sketched on your notebook in high school...if you can't put a band name on it you shouldn't be making a gigposter.soam24 wrote:mistersmith wrote:lol, did you think this was the 'official' print.

And because the new corporate names for these venues are terrible! Post-Gazette Pavillion?? Star Lake is much better.arodri70 wrote:Because people refer to it and know it as Star Lake.....similiar to Deer Creek, Great Woods etc......moemoe6434 wrote:Why does it say "Star Lake" the name changed probably over 10 years ago now... way to go
So all you "fan art" producers out there need to put the bands name on there and get lawyers now... or just stop making gig poster art... ?mistersmith wrote:I don't know the details of what it is to be a Phish fan, so, when I saw the jpeg for this gigposter yeah it kinda struck me as odd that it didn't have a band name on it.
