It's a collaboration with a Japanese artist released in Japan. At a run of 500, these have failip written all over them.

Are you saying that the other edition will be released in Japan?

failip......I hope your right, I would love to grab one for $500.

i think once people see these they will flip out, hang onto them, and we will see prices in the $3000-$5000 range in a few months. the hard thing will be keeping them shiny.

if you are defining failip by your defintion of double the release price you might be right, but a $500 profit isn't a failip in my book. I don't know if that will happen but I'm guessing eBay auctions go for at least that.

I agree. We're talking about Kaws here. The dissected have runs of 500 and 1000 and they sell for 8-1.3k each. They aren't metal and they aren't a collaboration with an extremely famous Japanese artist.
