Hi there everyone...
I'm kinda new to this but seem to be acquiring a lot of tubes, and the fiance is not so happy as they are blocking the hallway
anyhow i bought a "ITOYA artprofolio" to slide prints in, but the max size they sell is 18'x24" so a lot of prints do not fit.
is there any other EASY way to store prints ie...a premade book/folder/binder that you can just slide your prints into when you get them?
thanks,
db
storage of prints???
it's called a flatfile.
out and perfect.

a good flat file is definitely the way to go, a lot of prints won't fit in the Itoya portfolios, and you don't want to leave them rolled up for too long. There's an ongoing debate about wood vs. metal flat file, but either way you'll probably want to look into getting one if you plan on adding to your collection. good luck!
there are 24x36 portfolios out there, just not made by itoya.

Ok, so also didnt do too much research about taking care of my posters...most are rolled up in tubes, looking for flat storage now but since they have been rolled up in tubes, do you think they are still alright???
Some for over a year, I hope they are ok...
