fudge like dis happens all the time. Back in the microbrewery craze, a duke here sold his brewery to a much bigger player and made a buttload. A year later he opened up a new brewery with the proceeds.

The Prairie (PAA) owner sold his share for a crazy amount and then opened up American Solera.

I don't think League was specifically at fault. Pretty sure Alamo filed bankruptcy during the pandemic (when all theaters were suffering) and the new ownership decided to dump everything. I think at the time they had a magazine, Mondo, and some other things.

in the end, most that file the BK end up in a better position.
pay via paypal, use credit card,file dispute at the 20 day mark if suspicious. don't deal with noobs. don't trade with noobs. request feedback ahead of time. there are lots of good people 'round here.
