Want to praise the Bottleneck team again.

Unfortunately by Jaws 4mm lenticular arrived damaged today as FedEx had some fun handling the package.

Sent an email at 7:22pm cst, well past any reasonable hours to expect a response and received a reply within an hour and a half that they will send a replacement next week.

Can't ask for much better than that!
