Hopefully they find someone decent or can retain some of his offensive staff. I would be worried it could affect Herbert's development after a great rookie season.

I always saw him as a better version of Jay Cutler, professionally and personally. He fit in right below Favre professionally but above him personally. Maybe now he will have the time to have as many kids as the number of years he spent in the NFL. Just 8 more kids to go!!!
