I didn't know that they would let you walk the drive through. I had a friend who used to hail a cab after the bars closed in Chicago to go through the Taco Bell drive thru after her drunk ass was denied service in an attempt to walk through

Yep, years ago, I was refused service at the window because I wasn’t in a vehicle. But then it worked numerous times before and a few times after.

Seems to be a liability issue. Blah, blah, 3 AM, blah, Taco Bell, blah blah, drunk pedestrian sandwiched between a couple cars, blah, lawsuit.

I heard they closed the Taco Bell I was referring to on Addison near the Cubby Bear

And you’re spot on... that’s what we do as traders.
When a print arrives damaged:
Discount, or refund, or take the print back.
It’s what we’ve always done.
I would never do this to anyone... my reputation is of utmost importance.
Our word is all we have.

Those 2 spooned out edge dings are a deal breaker. Imatruck, man up and reverse the trade.
Maybe Truck got distracted by his kids while packing it up and crammed the roll in to too short of a tube instead of trimming the paper down so it would fit. Life and be distracting with work and all. Imatruck, you can spoon that new one out too. Send the guy his poster back, you didn't disclose the damage on the PJ!

^ It’s a shitty deal, in my opinion. Like I said in my previous post, I would not want a drymounted up print in my file and I wouldn’t want a discount to compensate for it either.
