i don't even remember a burning trailer in the film, was it a story he is telling in that scene? I need to rewatch
Yes. It's a portion of the monologue at the end. An odd image to cling onto for a film that has a ton of unforgettable images.jvwoodford wrote: ↑Mon Aug 17, 2020 5:42 pmi don't even remember a burning trailer in the film, was it a story he is telling in that scene? I need to rewatch

Right, I remember it now. Pretty gutted about this, been looking forward to it since the first previews were shared. I get that it's supposed to be dreamlike but it feels floaty and disconnected (like the literally disconnected phone that is really bugging me) - I had greater expectations considering this is supposedly Laurent's fave film. Will probably still pick up one just for the rarity of any posters for this movie.NiffWho wrote: ↑Tue Aug 18, 2020 9:57 amYes. It's a portion of the monologue at the end. Love it. And just happen to be in the middle of a Wim Wenders stretch of covid lockdown. clap clap.

Yeah, I was itching for a piece from this movie that I ended up doing a Lotay commission.jvwoodford wrote: ↑Tue Aug 18, 2020 10:56 amRight, I remember it now.
