My last minute switch for Live Action short worked out, yay, but I just couldn't bring myself to pick Toy Story 4 over other noms, boo.
Eminem, not expected but I liked it, nice.

Martin Scorsese and I are equally confused as to why Eminem just performed Lose Yourself.
I loved it, but I’m confused.

Em was skipping the last word of each line like he had somebody out there backing him up. He should be able to spit those bars. There's a theory that he died years ago and was replaced by a clone. This performance will give those folks more to talk about.
Sound Editing and Mixing split! No more undefeateds and the same 5 are still on top! Wild
Cottenmouth is my wife Claudia. She had Ford v Ferrari for both sound mixing and editing and I had 1917 for both. Still tied. Only difference we have is Best Picture: Parasite. Editing and Best Picture are pivotal categories for those in the chase. Good luck all!

I officially can’t win since Abstractlyput and I have the same picks for the rest. BUT this is my best year yet so far.
Hope y’all are having fun and I’m most excited about tomorrow’s internet response to Billie Eilish’s Bond theme.

onesheet and former champ Abstractlyput on top with 14/15. onesheet has Parasite for Best Picture and Abstractlyput has 1917. Probably going down to the last category

Well played. Pretty sure I'm out too, but it was fun to be in it for a bit.ArchibaldTuttle wrote: ↑Sun Feb 09, 2020 11:04 pmI officially can’t win since Abstractlyput and I have the same picks for the rest. BUT this is my best year yet so far.

Looking forward to hearing the song. I'm not familiar with Billie Eilish's music at all. My favorite recent Bond song is definitely Skyfall.

Parasite deserved the editing IMHO. Hope it gets the best picture nod. Those last few awards have seen me tumble out of contention. Good luck to those who are left at the point end of the leader board
