Shopify flags orders with a few different colors if it looks like a suspicious order.

Mainly ppl whose ips are 1,792 miles away from where they are shipping.

I don't get it. If ya said no refunds, what does it matter if they're botting?

They usually bot multiple orders under the same name and we’ve noticed they are also prone to chargebacks. We thankfully win a majority of them when they happen especially when delivered but why take the chance.

Luls. So they're trying to get the fudge for free, or accidentally buying too many and trying to get a refund for the overages?

Haha you don’t know the half of it and the crazy part is that sometimes it’s not an accident. We had one guy purchase an entire variant edition of a recent popular Masthay release.

Would you say that without a bot buying a hot release is near impossible?

Looking for some bot recomendations. PMs welcome.

I know many that don’t use and get it. Also, it’s not like every single person uses it. It’ll be like one or two ppl that use it on that level.

The situation above we noticed and refunded

So I've never used a bot, wouldn't even know where to get one or how one works, but I'm curious to know whether they are at all allowed even if they are detected by the vendor? Also do they actually help that much? I've missed loads of drops because I wasn't quick enough but the rush of trying to get the order in, plan the checkout in advance, is all part of the fun for me. If I ever used a bot and landed everything without fail it wouldn't be fun anymore. That far outweighs the initial butt hurt of missing out, you get over it a few weeks later on the next drop...maybe.

And just to continue our talks from the other day, this is what unfortunately we deal with now. The worst part is that this isn't even Bottleneck. It's David's site from a sale from a week and half ago.

As everyone knows, artists make all their money basically from gig print aps so you have these people who mainly come from other hobbies and want a quick flip, don't get it, then they do this.

For an artist who makes his monthly income off this, it's disturbing and sad. I can only imagine what its like for artists who are just starting out and trying to build a market. At least when people used bots in the past, if they don't flip, they take the loss. A lot of the newer flippers are used to getting refunds from Amazon, Target or Nike when they can't flip.

(All of these are fake names btw and attached with different names per order).
