I hope they move. Did they actually think they would get the same love as the Rams? At least London would truly be a home field advantage. Good luck on the taxes though. Why would they have to switch divisions? So the time difference is 8 hours instead of 5.

It makes no sense to have a team in London, other than to increase revenue for the owners. It would be terrible for the players, who would take home less money due to higher taxes. It would (presumably) put the team at a disadvantage in free agency because who wants to have to move to London? They would have to travel back across the ocean for half the games on the schedule. No other team is going to be happy about having to travel over there for a game, especially when it's some bs Thursday night game.

Plus, the Jags have priority in London and the Chargers have a long lease lined up for the stadium in LA. Why would the owner of the stadium be happy with only half the number of NFL games that were promised?

but wouldn't 8 give them a great home field advantage? As for away games, just have them do 4 game road trips.

I tend to doubt it- travel like that really effs with your internal mojozination on a good day, never mind having to do something as intricate as execute precisely timed football plays. Even with the longer stretches st home they’d be traveling the most of anyone by a wide margin. Maybe if they got 1-2 extra byes?

Barnwell ranks the best QBs to never reach a Super Bowl: Could Philip Rivers be No. 1?

Gotta say that any list Jay Cutler is on symbolic of something not so good.
