yeah, all this. The FDA thing was a little bit corny I thought, but other than that I really enjoyed it.rubberneck wrote: ↑Tue Oct 29, 2019 1:06 pmDefinitely a stronger first half. Good show overall. A second series with more cloning could be fun.greenhorn1 wrote: ↑Tue Oct 29, 2019 12:03 pmI didn't think the last 2 episodes were quite as good but still an enjoyable watch overall.

'The King' was great. Really enjoyed how quiet the movie was until the impressive battle with Dauphin. It had a certain elegance to it as well as great accuracy about how grown men fight in full armor. Bash, bash, bash lol. Brutal.

Watched TRIPLE FRONTIER which was just alright. Disappointed honestly as the cast and trailer made it look better than the final product actually was. Also watched THE KING and quite enjoyed it.

Watched a movie called He Never Died with henry rollins tonight that I found pretty amusing. Probably not for everyone but considering I'd never heard of it I enjoyed it.

Watched THE DEVIL NEXT DOOR, which I found to be very interesting. Had never heard of it before but saw it while searching for THE KING over the weekend. A limited series (only 5 episodes) about John Demjanjuk and if he was really the horrendous Nazi guard, Ivan the Terrible, from the Treblinka concentration camp. The show starts with his arrest in 1984 in Cleveland and follows his extradition to Jerusalem, where he's put on trial.

Watched UNBELIEVABLE the last couple of days and it was alright; kinda disappointing for a Netflix show. Going in to it I thought it strictly focused on Kaitlyn Dever's character of Marie, which it is not. She's the first victim and the series is split and continues to bring her back, but she's not the only victim here unfortunately. Dever's gives the best performance and my biggest problem with the series were the victims: I just didn't believe them in their PTSD/recovery stage. Each one of them (with the exception of 1 who was made to look like a crazed, spiritual nut) actually gave any sort of emotion during their performance. Show is decent but could have been better.
