9 telemarketing calls on my cell in 28 hours.
Tried True Call.... it obviously doesn’t work.
Any of you beaners know of a way to curb it?

I’m thinking of making a small list of contacts that are able to get through the do not disturb setting...
But, that means a i silence alarm company if they call? Etc...

Thanks y’all...

Maybe just make your phone number a premium-rate phone number so they have to pay when they call you.

Yeah, the donotcall list / site does not seem to work in the US. Telemarketers have outsmarted it anyways. They call you under another number so you think it's a real call on your caller ID. Could be a friend, someone you know or just a number within your state so it looks real. Just to get you to answer. I drymounting hate telemarketers.

I take the time to answer and then drymount with them. I got one last week for car insurance and they asked for make/model/year. I said a 2011 Mustang. They went on to ask more questions and I explained that it was a horse, a mustang. I’ve said my address was 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. I’ve gotten a couple of chuckles, a couple of apologies, and a couple of dicks that tell me to drymount off. Most of the time they barely speak English and couldn’t tell you what time it was if you ask.

Is there a way to route every out of state call to voicemail?
Will check out robokiller...

Never answer from a number you don't recognize. Block the number. Move on with your day.

I don't know if you have an iPhone on the latest iOS or if Android does it too, if that's what you have, but I had read there's a new "Silence Unknown Callers" feature that sends numbers not in your contacts straight to your voicemail

Saw this earlier and didn't get it because I also don't answer any calls that aren't from my contact list. Seemed simple enough. Can't remember the last time I spoke to a telemarketer. Well, in the past hour I've gotten at least six dozen calls coupled with a few dozen voicemails letting me know they just got a call from me and are calling me back. Add another two dozen or more texts letting me know they can't talk right now or can they call me later. It's been non stop for an hour.

Henry: No, but I seem to feel better when they're not around.

I also remembered that some carriers also have a "spam filter" service so you might want to check with your carrier and see if they have one and if they'll throw it on for free. I "seem" to get much less spam after it was added to my service several months ago, but now I've probably just jinxed myself as well.

My phone rings all day long.
My blocked number list is insane... it doesn’t help.
