Between the people complaining about an overpriced BTTF2 print on your Facebook sponsored listing and the Banksy "experts" on UAA, I'm astounded by your patience, Joe. +1, thanks for the opportunity today.
Edit: Side note, is there any opportunity to NOT add the wire and hardware to the back? I'm thinking I might like it better displayed on a tripod easel on a bookshelf that can be reversed?

I'm also continuously surprised by the patience that Joe shows on FB, UAA, and occasionally here.cmatthews11 wrote: ↑Tue Oct 08, 2019 8:35 pmBetween the people complaining about an overpriced BTTF2 print on your Facebook sponsored listing and the Banksy "experts" on UAA, I'm astounded by your patience, Joe. +1, thanks for the opportunity today.
+1 today too - thanks BNG for the release!
I couldn't pull the trigger either, but boy was I quite surprised to see an authenticated Banksy offered from BNG. At the end of the day though, the piece is too British for me, and I couldn't justify the price just so I can day I own a Bansky. Plus, it looks like I could easily grab a fake Tenner for about twenty quid

Once I receive the Tenner, I'll frame my Peckham rock in a similar way. Once hung...it's just so cool to say that I'll have a "Banksy wall".
Oh, I just remembered that I still have several Mercury Newspapers featuring Dismaland. I'm going to frame one of the covers to add to my Banksy Wall. Exciting!

Can shoot us over an email and ask Arseny.Between the people complaining about an overpriced BTTF2 print on your Facebook sponsored listing and the Banksy "experts" on UAA, I'm astounded by your patience, Joe. +1, thanks for the opportunity today.

We always get comments like that for recreated movie posters haha used to it. No one really reads so we understand.
And in regards to UAA and basically any forum/fb page in general, ultimately I think some people (not as many as you think, mostly positive) are missing the point of the release. We aren't advertising this as Banksy or Pest Control approved. From our knowledge, they would never authenticate a tenner unless it was those sheets that he signed back in the day. They didn't even authenticate the royal museum one it seems. All we are saying is that if you had been looking for a tenner all of these years and didn't want to pay because you weren't sure if it's real and buy a counterfeit then here are actual ones from 2004. There are many real ones out there but its tough to find. Galleries and auction houses have been selling them for years. This is no different. Only this time we have a hand signed letter confirming they are real.
I also see comments in regards to the relationship between Laz and Banksy and that I don't get it. I used the example somewhere of Jerkface and me. I worked with him for a few years and even though we don't work together anymore I was still affiliated with him for those years. That doesn't change? I worked hard during those years to help build something. I'm not allowed to not be a part of that stage anymore of his career. It was fun and I wish him the best. Wish things had been different but you learn as you go. Thats what this is all about.
And with people just randomly discussing pricing or not getting his pieces or this release, that I can't change. I think if you collect or know anything about this market, this is kind of special. I would personally be excited if this was somewhere else.
Did find it funny though on UAA the 8-10 posts dedicated to me thinking the guy was talking about the Shang print and defending myself but in the end it was a one off situation with Tabby. Just some background info, I have to say the Shang story about twice a month.
haha i think this is probably it.What are the odds any of the uncut sheets find their way to BNG?
pmingProbably a ridiculous request, but anyone available to help me out on Friday?

At least Shang fans are super polite, normal, down to Earth folks that welcome a conversation rather than just blocking anyone with a different opinion.acidburn wrote: ↑Wed Oct 09, 2019 6:44 am
