Someone posted a good theory about the feet/helmet thing.
It could be argued against him that the cryo treatment is not a football related activity, potentially voiding a guarantee(s) in his contract when it comes to sustaining injuries. Going the extra mile with the helmet bit to cover himself and avoid that. Also that some of this is just a sell for Hard Knocks.

Bears looked awful last night. Time management at the end of the game was terrible IMO. They had the ball on the GB 16 with a first down when the play was blown dead with 2:35 left. At this point they had 3 time outs left and were down 7. LET THE CLOCK RUN TO THE TWO MINUTE WARNING!!! At most you have 6 to 7 plays left with two minutes and 3 time outs. Even if you score a TD you don't want to leave Rodgers time left to work for a field goal. What do the Bears do??....hurry up leading to incompletion, incompletion, fudge the bed interception then TWO MINUTE WARNING. Maybe someone here can explain WTF they were doing.
