I settled for (and framed) the Imperial Glory litho as I don't see paying the premium for the screen print,bulkhead72 wrote:Surely, some will "settle" for the letterpress, but troo fans/collectors will still want the 18" x 24" version. Perhaps the price appreciation will slow down a little - hard to tell.
Imperial Glory and POW(ER) still sell for $400-$500 and the quality is much better than the lithos, of course.

I'm happy I have the original; it's still one of my favorite Fairey prints, but I think the edition he did for the Toyroom Gallery Show in 2007 has much more visual appeal with its background pattern.:electrachrome wrote:I settled for (and framed) the Imperial Glory litho as I don't see paying the premium for the screen print,bulkhead72 wrote:Surely, some will "settle" for the letterpress, but troo fans/collectors will still want the 18" x 24" version. Glad I made the trip to see the show. I miss the Toyroom- cool place, wish'd I had more money to spend back then.
