The trailer is home! Hot and cold water, fresh water tank and a grey water tank. Came in at 1.3 tonne! It's a big unit, but tows nicely.

A local butcher recently won an award at Australias largest bbq festival (Meatstock) for his skills as a butcher.
He just reached out to me and is wanting to run Masterclasses locally for both butchery and low n slow bbq. He wanted to know my interest in cooking and sharing the hosting of the event, with all meat, rubs, sauces etc supplied! Great opportunity for me to get out there, and if it goes ahead, it will be my first appearance publicly. Should be interesting.

Worked on some pork belly "burnt ends" a couple weeks ago.
