If it takes them an hour to find recent sales or available listings of a print on ebay they have to be somewhat dumb.

Yeah, I know, I don’t really buy movie posters
How long have we been here? People buy way lamer fudge than this...
I effed around and never got the damn Jaws print. Now look at it...
I like this one just as much, it’s apparently never going to be under 1k so I chipped away at my PayPal and finally did it.
It goes in my 8 year old daughter’s portfolio... she is stoked as heck.
She adores the Peter and Wendy as do I.
The $ goes to charity, its a screen print, the image is fantastic, it’s got Hannibal Smith on it, and the sky is the limit with Durieux...
But probably the main reason is because it looks like I may never find a decent 1st edition of Kozik’s Neil/PJ.

If this print was a normal release and followed the gradual path to popularity it would be well over 1k currently.
Probably close to 2k since the run is so low.
Hardly anyone has seen it, so people don’t know how stunning it is.
It’s drymounting gorgeous.
Yeah, it’s a little much for a kids portfolio, I will most likely frame it.
It was a frustrating, unobtainable release, but.. holychit...
Mikey, if you are up this way, look me up.
You will flip in less than 5 seconds bud...

No way it would be more than 5 hunge in the aftermarket if it had a #normal release. Whateva helps ya justify the cost tho.

wait wait wait wait...
you bought an 8 year old a thousand dollar breakfast at tiffany's poster? man she must be a HUGE LD fan.
don't get hosed by this guy and buy these overpriced prints. that are definitely not going to charity as you can see in the first page that the Hepburn estate has been not honest at all with their charity.

most of his prints from his last show have not flipped over $400 and are arguably way more popular than Breakfast at Tiffany's.
everyone got hosed in this release. its a fine poster. that got gobbled up by an over inflated gallery owner who is way more concerned with making a buck than he or the heir to the estate are concerned with any sort of charity.
