This would be my first as well. My first piece of art EVER. I like the red offset better than the gold serigraph, it's beautiful. His designs have improved exponentially in the last year. Pm me your price range.mistersmith wrote:Nope, this is the first, only, and last Obey print I've ever even tried to buy, let alone had in my possession. Because, yeah, I actually do kinda dig this image. But I don't dig it as much as everyone else, so let someone else have the print, someone that might do more with it than let it sit in a flatfile.Kdh12 wrote:Makes perfect sense, and I am sure that you will continue to buy his prints each week.....
Willg - cool pics, I'm glad you posted them. I thought that dot between her eyes was a printing error on mine.
all I said was sell it to me, I was a potential customer until you got some attitude with me.......mistersmith wrote:Dude, I don't know who you are, but get off my dick about me selling this print.Kdh12 wrote:I will give you $47.50 what it probably cost you......

It's like the third time in this thread he gave me crap - crap for buying it, crap for selling it, then offered $47.50 just to be a smartass. Tired of his fudge.

You are selling it

Whatever, the last thing EB needs is another dumbass argument in a thread. But play it cool all you want, you're the one posting eye-rolling smileys, criticizing me, then laying out backhanded insults in your "legitimate sale offer."
Say whatever you want in reply, take the last word, but this is my last post in the thread - be bitter you didn't catch the print when Obey dropped it, think of me as an asshole, find Jesus and move on, I don't care. Have fun.

I thought Kyle made a legitimate offer. Don't know if you'll find many Fairey fans who will have much of what you're looking for in trade. Good luck!

I agree smokey, it is a great read....
This fit PERFECTLY into a cheap frame I had laying in a closet with Daniel Danger's SCI Chicago in it... I have to show this off to everyone... I do really appreciate Fairey's work, I have just realized I like my art to require me staring at it for at least 20 seconds the first time I see it.
This is my favorite Fairey I own.
If you think you like this, and haven't seen it in person, I suggest you get one before they get up in price(but what do I know)

Just one question about the last one that sold on ebay was a bootleg. How can someone tell that this is a bootleg just from a couple pictures?

I looked at the auction and I think it was a mistake. It's counted now. Thanks.mattlew69 wrote:Just one question about the last one that sold on ebay was a bootleg. How can someone tell that this is a bootleg just from a couple pictures?
