Also noticed on Prevent Police Boredom HPM last one to sell didn’t get recorded on Ebeans Database and when I click listing it gives me another recommendation. Idk?

The listing was part of an auction, I've seen a lot of listings lately. I believe you have to pay 25% of the closing cost as well.

30% so the price to me was $650+$195 = $845
