Hey Joe - got my portfolio yesterday. Haven't had a chance to put any prints in it yet, but the thing is great, really well made. Pretty sure I'm going to love it.

awesome! yea we found that situation above affected like 30 orders only. It was someone new at the warehouse. We were nervous it affected like 700 orders haha.
Honestly, I'm very excited about the 27 x 40 inch one. Its a whole different market. Curious to see how it does

After having my portfolio for a few days and getting some prints put into it I noticed one set of rings doesn't quite snap 100% closed and leaves a small gap. Is this normal?

eh not too much more. Maybe like $179.99? We have a rough idea of cost. We are only going to make a couple hundred to start and see where it goes.
Still not the project I was hinting at earlier. That mold is being made now.
