but the wood ed were kinda reasonable. 1,000 to 1,500.

id have dropped a grand or so on a wood of this. It's beautiful.

This is the best shep I have seen in years - This needs a print run asap.
15K is reasonable considering the press attention and stature he has.

yes. but it never amounts to anything

your best bet is getting in contact with galleries a couple months before a show. btw- there are still some originals left from his current show

Better make it at least a year before the show if you're looking to score one of the better pieces of the show.

And don't be surprised when the prices jump between the last show...

Be prepared to spend at least 25% more than a similar piece from the previous show.

I really dig this one but to be true to Shepard's stance on the Republican party the elephant would need to be crushing the peace dove under its fascist feet.
