A great deal, on both items, no question. I kind of regret not picking up the sculpture... but must save funds for the Sale Ends print, just in case.

Great thing about AWW's art is it's accessibility. I mean he has the public exhibition in NY now, and here in Sarasota, FL. we've got his huge zodiac sculptures. The guy is amazing.

Every year or so, he'll have great stuff for sale at a reasonable price. I've picked up a signed photo print from the Royal Academy of Arts (Ed. of 25) for like 150 GBP and a really beautful Serpentine Pavillion print, signed and numbered from an edition of 200 for about the same. Almost always these releases benefit some public exhibition. :notworthy:

He had an exhibit here in Indianapolis back in 2013 at the IMA, it was great

Haha read about it when I woke up today. There were about 30 left at that time so yea took a little bit to convince myself. Didn't want to spend that much on anything but like someone mentioned above seemed like a smart buy. Who knows.

I wish I would have bought just one. LOL.

I should have noticed how fast they were selling last night. :x

Probably my only chance at an affordable Ai Wei Wei. Well except for some sunflower seeds.

I like the decks but I only have room for a small hand on a shelf. LOL.

I was going to buy a statue, had it in my cart, and decided to pass. I wasn't crazy about the shiny, silver color, and am reluctant to buy art that is not signed by the artist. At the time I emptied my cart, I had a vague feeling that I might regret the decision.

i think i bought one of the last statues..... when i purchased it was around 1,011 sold (including any cancellations). tried to resist and was really hoping it would sell out overnight. no regrets ... except maybe the light wallet. glad it comes with a COA. was gonna buy a print but not signed or numbered so didn't really have a lot of appeal
