Daniel often has sob stories when posting print releases whenever he needs quick cash. Just post the prints for sale...leave the sob stories as your own private business.

You seem nice. These days self employed artists/writers/musicians/etc sometimes have to ask for support from their consumers (see Patreon). It's not really all that shocking.

I was until some folks feel the need to tell me that I'm being unreasonable. Maybe I am. That doesn't change the fact that you have a tendency to post your sob stories along with some your print releases. Obviously, a lot of people feel that your art speaks for itself...no need for the sobs.

I'd like this conversation to continue. I think we're really getting somewhere here.

To be fair you've been sobbing an awful lot about the house. But I think that was less about selling posters and more about finding somebody to do your tiles.

if im the only artist you know thats done something tasteless you must not know many artists. ::RIMSHOT EMOTICON::

its fine, dude. if someone digs what i do and wants to help, theyre welcome to. if you wanna raise an eyebrow at it, thats fine too. im cool with either.
Absurd. Yea IWish I guess you don't know any artists. Saw a show recently where the artist used friends and family ejaculate in his compositions.

Okay. You're right. I have an issue with the way he sells some of his prints. I get the sense that he takes advantage by adding his 'stories'.

Sure, though for some of us we may just consider it transparency. But to each their own, it's all text written on the internet after all and not actual conversation with tone and context.

How the hell is this not the new topic of conversation.
