And it's a shame. Recently got tubes from Emek, 1X run, Tom Whalen, Spusta and Spoke, all had tape flaps. I guess it is just going to remain the one area of the hobby where you guys are going to remain behind your peers. Not sure how you sleep at night.

Yea sorry about that. Josh shipped close to 2500 prints in the last week half. He's doing an amazing job. If your print is damaged due to the tape, we will replace it no sweat.

I sent an email but I guess it's easier to ask here...just wondering if these will be at a higher price point vs the last two Struzan's. Thanks

Agreed. No flaps = wack. As a former poster shipper who (pridefully) never shipped a tube without flaps, I think it's wack as drymount that you guys don't take the extra time to provide a courtesy that has become the norm in the industry. People think it's a funny complaint, and Paul will defend you guys to his death, but anytime I open a tube without flaps I think one thing, 'amateurs.' My 2 cents.

are you guys that dense that you can't just slowly pull the tape off? even with a flap I've had it tear through the kraft paper. and really, just use a knife to slice it at the seam if you're that worried.

But cmon, the masking tape that BN uses are so freakin' easy to pull off lol
