edition of 350 for an art show print is rather high. the fact that 175 were left over from the show indicates that the demand for the event print (at the event) was about half the edition size.padelimike wrote:So the one I got would be more "valuable" ???acidburn wrote:Not sure why it should have been 150?
not a big deal either way. i'm glad i was able to buy one.

Apparently, this print was easily missed at the show. Meaning, it wasn't obvious that it was even for sale. He only had like two printed.soupysound wrote:edition of 350 for an art show print is rather high. the fact that 175 were left over from the show indicates that the demand for the event print (at the event) was about half the edition size.padelimike wrote:So the one I got would be more "valuable" ???acidburn wrote:Not sure why it should have been 150?

No doesn't really indicate it. We sold about 120 tickets for the opening event. Everyone was limited to one and basically all purchased. The remaining 2 days were just random walk-ins.soupysound wrote:edition of 350 for an art show print is rather high. the fact that 175 were left over from the show indicates that the demand for the event print (at the event) was about half the edition size.padelimike wrote:So the one I got would be more "valuable" ???acidburn wrote:Not sure why it should have been 150?

So if you get one, its easy, and if you don't its hard? It sold out in under a minute, I wouldn't necessarily call that "easy", but congrats to the few who were quick enough to grab one. I was all the way through the checkout process in under a minute and when I clicked confirm order, it was already sold out... I thought once you got through to checkout it would be on hold for you, but guess I was wrong. Another strike on a BNG drop...

Congrats on the sell out. I know that the Pollock piece did very well at the show because everyone bought one in addition to whatever else they picked up while I was there. Didn't think you were gonna have too many left over for online.
