acrylic/metal frames crackling noise
hello.
i've got a lot of posters framed, many/most using american frame/poster depot type frames... simple black metal frame, uv protecting anti-glare acrylic. not the best, but the price is right.
the problem is that heat fluctuations - the heater/ac kicking on - causes them to crackle pretty loudly. i kind of tune it out at this point, but my newish tiny human does not, and lots of overnight crying commences. no good.
anyone successfully solved this?
thanks!

Yeah I use the same type of frames and have never noticed or heard of such a thing. Call an Exorcist.

it should be noted that temperature changes often occur in hauntings when ghosts use the ambient energy in a room to manifest themselves resulting in a drop in temperature around the entity itself.

Or is acrylic just ghosts trapped in a flat plastic enclosure? Shoulda gone with that museum glass, brah.
