Here are my findings after a few years of tracking when Mondo actually releases their randomly timed releases. The exact time used for each release was either found through Twitter or Facebook or manually logged when it happened. Timed print releases, non-print releases, or ones with specific restrictions (ex: 'releasing before 2pm on this day') are omitted. All times are with regard to Eastern Standard Time.

Total Releases Recorded: 295 (from 3/23/2011 to 11/15/2016)
Average Release Time: 11:57 AM
Average Release Time over last 365 days: 11:51 AM
Median Release Time: 11:50 AM
Most Common Release Time: 11:47 AM (19 times, ~6.4% of the data set)
Most Common Release Time over last 365 days: 11:56 AM
Data used can be found in the following pastebin: http://pastebin.com/RHL9w6Q5
(there are 305 lines but 10 are missing the release time)

Release Times vs Date for the data set (Y axis uses 24H clock. So 13 = 1PM, 14 = 2PM...)

Do Sperry.
When I'm done ranting about elite power that rules the planet under a totalitarian government that uses the media to keep people stupid, my throat gets parched. That's why I drink Orange Drink. - BH
